A poor boy asked his mom to give him the last $13 she had saved for food, so he could start a business. Months later, he took her to where they had been living in a small, old trailer and handed her the keys to a beautiful $2M house.

Teaching children to work hard and stay determined is important for helping them grow into responsible people. This was something that Annie Byrne, an Atlanta mom, believed in and worked hard to teach her son, Simon.
